Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are considering Sendinblue at the moment as our main program. Untill now we use it for our mailings by e-mail and whatsapp. We are waiting on current developent of SIB in the new conversations vs emailing.

Alternatives Considered

Hiver, Trengo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Gmail

We rate Hiver 1th place for now. SIB in 2nd. Hiver and SIB together including the possibillity to pro active being able to send whatsapps to customer would be to best tool for us.

Sendinblue is well suited for companies looking for mailing and contact management. The program is very easy to use and is fast and understandable. Recent developments added WhatsApp mailings, conversations, meetings to the program making it a more complete suite of tools. They need to get a finishing touch on their layout and workabillity to make this a really great tool. Although there are quite a few struggles to tackle for them we still think the program is worth looking at. In May this year their pricing and fee strategy will change.
