Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
Sendoso was being utilized across all of SalesLoft, but especially by the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams. During my time at SalesLoft, I was overseeing the sends for the entire Customer Success department. Sendoso was used in several ways by the CSMs; it helped us reconnect with customers that had fallen off the map, celebrate milestones in our business partnerships as well as personal wins occurring in our customer's lives.
