Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Sendoso is currently owned by the marketing department, though used broadly by the field marketing team for virtual event incentive fulfillment, one off gifting by customer success, internal incentive programs by product marketing, as well as broader campaigns through traditional marketing means. We use it mainly to help drive virtual event and webinar registration, and to help with live event drop off with various incentives.

  • A couple persistent glitches in new touch creation
  • Slightly behind with certain competitive features/options

We had evaluated Alyce for a similar general use case that Sendoso was already fulfilling for us. Ease of use, flexibility, and cost were the ultimate decision factors on our end for selecting Sendoso.

Sendoso was very well suited when we first brought it into our marketing toolset, where we were able to take larger direct mail sends that we were manually doing, and automate them with Sendoso services, cutting down time spent around the manual activities on our side by around 80%. Sendoso has also been great for digital gift card sending, which has been very useful for us as well. Could be a bit better around options with helping to schedule meetings before the incentive is fulfilled.
