Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso for driving outbound opportunities with key prospects, in tandem with our other Marketing campaigns such as email nurture and display advertising. Sendoso helps us warm up prospects to be more open to talking to us and willing to accept a meeting and show kind gestures throughout the Sales cycle and build increased rapport.

When I joined RollWorks, we were using Sendoso, I am most familiar with Sendoso's interface and capabilities. I like Sendoso's selection of gifts and ability to choose the value of an e-gift card. My favorite Sendoso feature is the ability to send a specific item via Amazon.

Sendoso is well suited for B2B organizations that are looking to build increased rapport and book more meetings with key buyers. Sendoso is well suited for reaching prospects who are working from home or in the office. Sendoso may not be as appropriate for companies with a wide global prospect base where the majority of people are not located in the US/Canada.
