Overall Satisfaction with ShareFile

Sending files securely. I like sending files with the link, so that the files are not emailed with passwords.

I like ShareFile much better than Mango Practice Management. I think the navigation is much more intuitive and user-friendly.

I use the software to send completed tax returns for client review. This process usually works very well. Sometimes when I send files clients do not know how to download the files. I do not know how to troubleshoot their issues.

I might look at another software package. But I am happy with the choice.

Using ShareFile

For sharing files with my clients and receiving files from clients it works great. I have used the signature feature only once. I need more training to use more functions of the software.

ShareFile Reliability

I am a one person office. I have no idea how this software would scale to a larger office.
The software has never been down when I needed to use it.
Yes, pages load quickly. I have never had an issue with document upload or download.

I would like to be able to send tax returns from my Thomson Returns CS Professional Suite. I am on virtual office and I don't believe there is a link to use ShareFile with the software package.

The demo was very good and the follow up was approriate and reasonable. I thought it worked well.
The software installation and the training I received was appropriate for the time I had to invest to be able to use the software.

Upgrading ShareFile

Yes - I think I loaded the upgrade. The program is still working well and I have not had any issues with using the software.
