Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is used by our entire organization for lead generation, and lead nurturing as well as customer relations and sales management. It is the center of all our marketing and sales related activities on a daily basis and it is used for following how our visitors and leads react to our communication.
  • Great on providing intuitive tools for setting up campaign elements and flows
  • Simple integration through Zapier and PieSync
  • Technical support is second to none.
  • Email editor has some flaws, but neither worse or better than it's competitors.
  • Always room for even more integration possibilities.
  • Reporting could be a bit more granular for some use cases.
  • We know where our new customers are coming from.
  • We know how well our campaigns work.
SharpSpring has better value for money than its competitors. The pricing is far more attractive and easier to understand.
Well suited for SMB organizations who need an easy and intuitive marketing automation system that requires no coding capabilities. Because of SharpSpring partner oriented focus, it's great for smaller companies that prefer to rely on an agency helping them. In our experience it is great for IT companies. Probably not the obvious choice for larger organizations with a need for very detailed reporting.
