Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is used to handle all email blasts and drip marketing campaigns at my company. Contacts are segmented based on their "life of the lead" activity and how they interact with links, forms, etc. SharpSpring is currently only being used by the Marketing Department. SharpSpring affords us the ability to identify customer behavioral patterns and respond effectively to their needs.

Pros

  • SharpSpring's content calendar is a great way to keep track of upcoming email jobs and social posts.
  • SharpSpring allows you to create user-friendly workflows for action groups that can be easily edited.
  • SharpSpring has a vast array of template options which enable you to customize the look and feel of your email in just about any way you please.
  • SharpSpring's email jobs reports give you a comprehensive view of an email's performance and the most popular content contained within it.

Cons

  • SharpSpring's "Scheduled Events" page sometimes doesn't load workflow emails. You have to view them through each individual contact who's in line to receive them.
  • SharpSpring should give users the ability to send a preview email without having to open the editing suite.
  • The formatting of emails tends to vary depending on the email client where the email is being delivered.
  • Right now, there's an inability to tag social media profiles when creating posts.
  • It's helped us with spending decisions on products or services.
  • It's given us customer profiles that are immeasurably helpful.
  • A number of emails have led to new account openings, mobile app downloads and online banking enrollment.
SharpSpring combines the best attributes of these marketing automation systems and CRM's to provide users with the ultimate flexibility in serving their client base efficiently and in the most cost-effective way possible.
