Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

If you've ever wondered how the big guys are keeping in touch with their clients, it's by using a tool like SharpSpring. Whoever designed this thing must have been frustrated with other tools out there. We use Sharpspring to send large batches of emails, to automate our responses, as a scheduler, for landing pages, and for managing clients who are first learning about us. The email sending platform is our primary value from SharpSpring. It tracks things for us like opens, clicks, and even tracks who clicks through to our website from the email messages. They score that in the lead scoring, which is a standard feature for this kind of product, but for us, it's been super helpful.

Favorite features of SharpSpring?
  • Is that they answer the phone. I can get tech support on the line basically any time I need it.
  • Is that I almost never need to call support, because the product isn't difficult to use.
  • I Love how it keeps track of an email score for me--how likely are my messages to be delivered?
  • As an agency, I love how I can set this up for my clients and manage them all through a single dashboard.

  • VS other options, like HubSpot, have a much lower cost and nearly the same functionality. $200 vs $3000 per month.
VS HubSpot: Better price, similar functionality. HubSpot interface is a little more intuitive and slick, but the huge cost difference tips the scales heavily in favor of SharpSpring.

Vs Mailchimp: Not really a contest here. Mailchimp has some okay features, but compared with SharpSpring it's silly. Mailchimp used to be very cheap, but now they are raising prices, and it's not even a competition.
SharpSpring is best at doing the heavy lifting for your marketing campaigns. Email is the backbone of most of these campaigns, even when you think it's something else. The email is how you follow up, it's the only way you can reach directly out to a specific customer without some platform getting in the way. Link this with social media, embed the forms on your landing pages, and you've got something amazing. Tracks every step, and you can fully attribute the campaign to where it belongs.
