Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring helps us keep our sales information together in one place and helps strengthen the communication between sales and marketing. We have a small team and folks wear a lot of hats, so it is important to be able to have a central location to house our account notes and additional vital information. It also allows the sales team to see results from the ongoing marketing campaigns. In the end, we needed a solution that was affordably priced, but had all the 'right' features; and SharpSpring fits the bill perfectly.

- Communication; we've been able to maximize communication within our team by keeping key account notes within the SharpSpring platform.
I have used Pardot in the past and it is very powerful; however, it is very pricy and [didn't] fit my current organization's budget. SharpSpring seems to have similar functionality at a much more affordable price. I have also used various CRM platforms in the past (mostly Salesforce). While SharpSpring is much more sold as a marketing automation platform, the CRM tools are a nice icing on the cake.
