As agency we use it to keep contact with our group of clients and users in order to create ambassadors. They are the magnets for new clients.
We use it in all phases of the customer journey and on a long term flow with connections to our ERP and all marketing channels.
On the other side we support our clients by implementing SharpSpring on a high level use. To use it as salesteam, marketing team, social media marketing and as a business tool to report, finetune and predict daily and future marketing efforts and sales results.
We believe that marketing and sales are changing rapidly and winners will be those who are able to build day by day a system that is superior in content, flow and processes then those of the competition, and in sync with the business financial leverage possibilities.

The Hubspot sales strategy is based on hardsales. And a way of low starting price (free crm) but a large price if you realy want to use it. Most people are not able to aline all teams in a company before starting with marketing and sales automation. So the software is only what it is, software.
