Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
Our agency's marketing team uses SharpSpring to build and send emails, build forms and landing pages, manage our website's contact inquiries and employee communications. We also manage our blog subscriber lists and contact database there. It's easy to use, has loads of helpful articles for whatever task we have questions about, and the support team has always been helpful if we've had issues.
- The email builder has several great templates, as well as many layout and element options to customize.
- Landing pages can be made quickly and easily, and it doesn't take an expert to learn.
- The contact limit and email limit are amazing for the cost, compared to other platforms we researched.
- Sometimes in the email or landing page builder, the text formatting option disappears, so I've learned how to edit inside the HTML code. Inconvenience has led to a new skill, but it's still frustrating.
- I would like to see more customizable options for RSS emails.
- I'd like to have the ability to copy sections of an email or landing page for use in another layout, within the builder. I know this can be done via HTML, but I'm not that knowledgeable.
- The automated email notifications have saved our team time in following up with leads.
- Trackable media links have enabled better performance insights on our content.

SharpSpring has an abundance of features, technology and value for the cost, especially compared to other platforms. We needed a large number of contacts and email allowance primarily. Either the other platforms didn't stack up in terms of features or functionality, or the cost was exponentially higher than SharpSpring. It has covered our needs and provided us much more than what we originally wanted. There are many other great features included that we don't even use, at least at this point.

Evaluating SharpSpring and Competitors
Yes - We replace Pardot as well as Salesforce CRM. Those programs were very costly and were built for a previous leadership and sales team that was no longer with our agency. The current team when I started did not use Salesforce or Pardot, and were unfamiliar with the specifics. I was charged with researching multiple platforms, evaluating them based on our needs and selecting a replacement, and SharpSpring was it for us.

SharpSpring was and continues to be a great investment for our agency, with the great price, amount of features and ease of use. The help articles are easily accessible and regularly updated, and are easy to follow. The email and landing page builders are easy to use and the whole platform is uncomplicated compared to others we evaluated.
