Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is our enterprise CRM. It's used for database marketing, email generation, [email] sending, campaign tracking, and sales organization. We have a lot of segments in our industry. SharpSpring is used to keep them organized and help us [to] effectively market to them. Our sales team needs to know about lead activity and to keep their opportunity flow up to date and visible.
- SharpSpring is a great platform for email marketing. We use it to organize our content, market to each of our segment lists, and then analyze campaigns.
- SharpSpring is effective for campaign tracking. We use it to find where leads come from and [...] how to effectively manage each of our segment-focused campaigns.
- The "Life of a Lead" is an excellent feature within SharpSpring. This highly visual tool allows us to view detailed activity by each of our leads - from emails they open to what web pages they visit.
- The email builder within SharpSpring is usable, but definitely not user friendly. I recommend building the emails elsewhere and importing the code.
- The sales management tool could use a few more default reports beyond those that are currently available.
- Their customer service is great, but I think the training could use some improvement. In fact, we've had to go outside for some of our user training.
- We have seen tremendous ROI with this too, as it helps us capture more leads and help predict their value.
- There is a savings on the time-spent by Sales & Marketing. The tools give us enhanced visibility and make repetitive tasks easy.
- SharpSpring is a Sales enabler, with features like Lead Assignment and Opportunity Flow. As we have scaled our organization, this system helps make it possible.
We looked at HubSpot, Zoho, MailChimp, Infusionsoft and even Salesforce. We wanted a multi-featured, robust, well-supported platform to grow with. We also wanted to be able to easily add additional companies to our account at little additional cost. After an exhaustive requirements ascertainment and evaluation, our team went with SharpSpring as our enterprise CRM. Three years into it, we're glad we did.
