Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is used in both the Marketing and Sales departments. It addresses our need for email automation, lead collection, landing page creation, and more. The main reason for purchasing SharpSpring was to be able to attribute sales to campaigns.
- Support is quick, helpful, and friendly
- Cost compared to competitors is good for the same value
- Lead scoring has been helpful for our Sales department to prioritize leads
- Platform can be finicky and slow at times
- Landing page and email creation can be frustrating to implement items I want
- Integration with some apps costs extra
- Ability to attribute sales to campaigns has been the biggest impact
