For me its about creating views without sharing IP for some external customers as well as using it to analyze data in multiple CRM and ITSM Tools. It is also having the ability to have unlimited viewers which is a clear differentiator compared to other products and thats one of the key things.

It has had a positive impact overall in showcasing the data in a user friendly manner. In one of the projects where the data from a popular defect management system was represented in sprint burn down and other agile graphs was a revelation as the business users who used it got all their requirements met with non of the complexities
It has assisted in analyzing incident trends in drilling down to certain hot spots within data. This allows proactive insights into fixing issues before they have customer impacts
Sigma isnt as strong in Scripting compared to above but with the seamless integration with Snowflake I can utilize the full power of SQL, Python etc.
Sigma also doesn't have a 3rd party marketplace to get visualizations and other customizations compared to these products

There is 6 AM - 6 PM Support via chat and it feels premium. Not sure if sigma offers a premium model but the support teams are top notch
As a first time user I had many questions about usage as I am coming from a different desktop based tool background. the support agents were patient in understanding that and explaining the situation with care and guided me with visual aid. The support teams also works in a warm and cordial manner which is very comforting
