Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

We implemented Skilljar Customer Education Software to help our customers successfully onboard and deploy our platform. We went from not having any way to track usage or identify areas of risk and opportunity to having a wealth of knowledge for us to identify potential churn customers and make the onboarding experience more personalized. Skilljar was amazingly easy to implement and maintain, especially since I am a team of one. The cost was also within our budget, and the tool is scalable as we grow our training and education programs.

Great Sales pitch. Ease of use tool was needed for our small team. I also had great references from others who used the tool. Also, I really appreciate their blogs, customer involvement, and research. Overall we have been very happy with the results in our first year. Would highly recommend it.
Skilljar Customer Education Software is great customer service! Great for smaller organizations wishing to grow.
