We implemented Skilljar Customer Education Software to help our customers successfully onboard and deploy our platform. We went from not having any way to track usage or identify areas of risk and opportunity to having a wealth of knowledge for us to identify potential churn customers and make the onboarding experience more personalized. Skilljar was amazingly easy to implement and maintain, especially since I am a team of one.
