Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

At Verizon, we used Skilljar Customer Education Software to host our entire e-learning catalog of courses and to enable customers to register for virtual instructor led training sessions. Skilljar Customer Education Software helped us solved several issues including connecting to our Salesforce application to record course consumption by account and by individual user. We also leveraged the learning path functionality to guide our customers on how to learn specific features of our product. We have 1,000s of our customers leveraging Skilljar Customer Education Software every month.

  • Connection to other LMS systems, allowing content in Skilljar Customer Education Software to be played in other LMS systems

Skilljar Customer Education Software provides an excellent help center that helps understand how to use their product, overall I found it pretty intuitive to navigate and get the information I needed out of it.

Skilljar Customer Education Software is an excellent platform for hosting elearning courses. For any organization looking to provide their customers with a web-based platform allowing their customers to consume education or help content, Skilljar Customer Education Software can provide a world-class experience. The platform is highly customizable and has many integration features, such as connecting to Salesforce, which was critical to us. The platform is easy to learn and the reporting and analytics the system provides help us understand the performance of our courses.
