Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

SmartLook is used personally by me to check bugs across my sites or test the user experience.
  • Funnel creation.
  • Show what users click and how interact with the website.
  • No slowing down the website.
  • Translation support.
  • Better user experience.
  • Conversion optimization.
I haven't used their support yet but I know they respond very quickly.
SmartLook has a very user-friendly interface. All buttons have icons that explain exactly what section is that.
I find that SmartLook has a simpler interface to use than Hotjar.
