Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

We use Smartlook mainly at [the] marketing department for heatmaps and to check the behaviour of customers on our website and to see if they encounter any problems from the recordings. [The] best thing for us is that we can create a heatmap from the past so it's ready immediately and the recordings.
  • Heatmap.
  • Recording.
  • Instant heatmap creation.
  • Some kind of webinar to explain all features.
  • We use only what we need, but I guess there is more to explain.
  • Fixing bugs.
  • Adjusting web to customer's behaviour.
  • Seeing the web through the eyes of the client.
We haven't really had any issues, but if there was something we were not able to do, our IT guy did get in touch with the support and managed to fix everything quickly, so overall positive.
I really like it, and I do recommend it around. There might be gaps in usage as I don't know what all it can do, so there is somehow improvement for me to teach me what I can do with it more, or to teach our marketing.
There was previously some Russian website for heatmaps, I don't remember the name, but we swapped to Smartlook altogether.

For me, and if I know of friends, I have recommended them Smartlook. We originally started with only [a] trial version but eventually updated to the pro-paid version and haven't canceled the subscription. Since we do international business, it helps us when there are flags on recordings to easily see where the customer is from.
