Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

The entire organization uses SmartRecruiters to track the entire recruiting process. It addresses the problem of organizing the candidate review, interview, and offer process. It allows team members across the globe easy access to review and share reviews of candidates along the way. It also supports recruiters in providing easily accessible review details.

Pros

  • Accessibility into reviews of colleagues.

  • Filtering results based on keywords found in a resume.
  • Alerts based on other user feedback on a candidate.
  • In-screen resume preview.
  • Time savings.
  • Better hiring experience internally.
  • A better process for external parties (candidates).
I have not used or evaluated others.
I find it works really well in a medium-sized company like ours. It has truly streamlined and organized the hiring process tremendously. I find both recruiters and hiring teams have benefited greatly since implementation. The system is also extremely intuitive to use, the fact that little to no training is required for new users is a big plus in a fast-paced environment and the need for a fast hiring process.
