Overall Satisfaction with Snagit

Across the whole organization. It is amazing in cross-training and documenting procedures, recording screens for click-through analysis (RPA), you name it! I'd be dead without it!
  • Documenting business requirements, bugs, issues, enhancements, mock-ups
  • Recording screen for click-through analysis (process design document for RPA)
  • Enhancing marketing materials
  • Mac version is a bit confusing to use, I just wish it had more commonalities with PC one
  • Made my life easier in transitioning work
  • Created really beautiful training materials
I recommended it in our innovation campaign and it is available at enterprise level to everyone upon request. It is an essential tool. I keep recommending it in all of my interactions (where needed).
