Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor
SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor is being used by the network and IT team for monitoring and alerting. It gives us great visibility to our infrastructure which allows us to be proactive to rather than reactive to potential problems.
- Great reporting capabilities both high level and in-depth.
- Configurable & easy to read dashboard.
- Easy to implement and visibility to all network devices.
- Feature request - if SolarWinds detects an error or problem to possibly site the cause and present recommendations.
- Feature request - add security features to replace SEIMS.
- Feature request - patch management module.
- Looking at SolarWinds to continue and expand its services so we can collapse other software that touches each assest.
- Increased uptimes.
- Identified bottle necks and problem areas.
- Time saving tool.
We used WUG prior to SolarWinds. SolarWinds is much easier to set up, manage and support was excellent!
