Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Instead of trying to manage an Excel sheet with deal wins and different incentives, or worse - waiting for my paycheck, Spiff gives a clean representation of my performance in terms of quota and payouts that helps me understand where I'm at and where I'm looking to go. Spiff also has a great UI and might even help our organization move off of quarterly commission payouts to monthly.

It helps me understand the process, and layout the payouts for each deal so if I have questions, I can easily take them to the team. Since Spiff is supposed to take all this into account, it helps me feel more comfortable with what I'm getting and how I am paid out.
Spiff has an awesome UI and has more detail on commission payouts than any other tool I've used or have seen. No comparison with the manual reports from Excel and way more detailed than what you get from TriNet.
