Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Instead of trying to manage an Excel sheet with deal wins and different incentives, or worse - waiting for my paycheck, Spiff gives a clean representation of my performance in terms of quota and payouts that helps me understand where I'm at and where I'm looking to go. Spiff also has a great UI and might even help our organization move off of quarterly commission payouts to monthly.

It's extremely helpful to understand what your paycheck will look like before taxes, but the fact of the matter is it doesn't incorporate taxes or actual payout rates. That would be an important enhancement.
It helps me understand the process, and layout the payouts for each deal so if I have questions, I can easily take them to the team. Since Spiff is supposed to take all this into account, it helps me feel more comfortable with what I'm getting and how I am paid out.
Spiff has an awesome UI and has more detail on commission payouts than any other tool I've used or have seen. No comparison with the manual reports from Excel and way more detailed than what you get from TriNet.

When you're a sales rep, Spiff is an excellent tool to use to understand your compensation. You have payouts for each period and for commission periods broken down by the percentages paid for each deal closed. If you don't have a variable aspect to your payouts, Spiff might not be as useful to you.
