Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use SPIFF to ensure that we are accurately gathering our data for our commission for our teams before it gets paid out! It also ensures transparency to our sales reps to ensure they know what they are making for the month!

I have had no issues using SPIFF! It has been very easy to use and simple to understand! All of my Sales Representatives also use it and have had no issues!
SPIFF has made a huge difference in trust on the commission structure across the board for the company. It not only shows you what you are making for the month but it connects to Salesforce and shows you exactly what opportunities you made the commission from!

I had a situation where one of my sales representatives had their commission for a month wrong. I was not only able to address it in a quickly manner but it was able to be resolved before it was paid out and the sales representative did not have to wait longer for their check!
