Splashtop allows me to log on to my computer in New Jersey—from anywhere
there's an internet connection—and do anything and everything as if I'm
actually there. Running programs remotely for daily tasks like graphic design and photo editing, as well as computer maintenance, are all done easily. The Splashtop printer option is great when I need to print something from the remote computer on my local printer. The ability to transfer large files quickly and easily is priceless. I use Splashtop not only for my business but also to troubleshoot, maintain and repair my family's computers remotely. I live in Hawaii and work in New Jersey! People think I'm some kind of wizard, but really, I've just got Splashtop!

- I'd like to be able to turn an individual computer on remotely. Currently, this can only be done if another computer on the network is already on.
- Splashtop has allowed me to move to Hawaii while maintaining my business presence in New Jersey. You can't put a price on that!
I feel that Splashtop remote access is secure and two-factor authentication is available.
The only possible difficulty in using Splashtop is that the remote user needs to download and deploy the software on their end. It's not difficult, but not everyone is a whiz at computers, that's why they need help, right? LOL.
Yes - I replaced another remote access program with Splashtop because the other company raised their prices through the roof. Splashtop offers a connection of up to 10 computers for a flat fee. I hope they continue!
