Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

It has been a big help being able to login in remotely to users who are not tech-savvy and need services. It can be anything from help with emails to finding lost files.

  • Connect when user isn’t present

  • Chat feature if user is present
  • Easy to connect

Cons

  • Remote computer has to be on and awake
  • Needs steady and reliable internet connection
  • very affordable
  • Cost effective
  • No brainer for this type of solution
Contacted support and they addressed my issue immediately. Had the answers right away.
Very secure. No worries about security with this product.
Very minimal setup time for my installation. Once I loaded the app on both ends it was no time at all to have full access. The download of the app was easy.

Splashtop works well for assisting remote users who aren’t tech-savvy. Easy to set up and gives full control of the remote computer. Has been a lifesaver for resolving tech issues remotely to avoid travel to a remote site for an easy 5-minute fix.
