Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Admin employees are working remotely. We have many computers on the production floor (some managing printers, others managing shipments, etc). Admin employees can log in and request different actions in the office. Also, tech support.
- Logging into a computer while it's sleeping
- Sharing files
- Helping out a colleage with tech issues
- Launchin apps
- Using multiple computers to tackle a single task
- Marketing (TeamViewer would not even exist if you did that well)
- Less walking around on the production floor
- Diving into big issues without having to explain it all to the user
- Using computers day in and day out

Couldn't connect a single user to multiple computers.
Overall too expensive for what it did.
