Overall Satisfaction with Sprinklr

We use Sprinklr for content publishing and the content approval process for one of our clients. We are able to submit multiple content pieces (photos, links, videos, etc.) from the Publish feature, choose which platforms (can be multiple) that we want the message to go out on, and apply content tags like which campaign it is supporting or what the objective of the post is. Then we are able to send the posts through a chain (approval process) that allows our client to approve or reject the item. It is an easy way to batch upload a month's worth of content and get instant feedback from our clients on its approval.
  • The support and service from the Sprinklr rep is very good. Our rep is always a phone call or email away and keeps us updated on new platform changes or add-ons that would make our job easier.
  • The Reporting section has a lot of in-depth information that would help any content publisher find out what types of content is performing best for them. It has high level modules that would be easy bits of info to give to a manager or someone in C-level, but there is also a wealth of detailed info for teams to analyze.
  • The entire platform is very busy and can get confusing because there is no easily seen path to follow within the sections. From my experience working on multiple types of content publishing and moderation tools, most of them are relatively easy to use without anyone giving you a tutorial. I've been given a tutorial and still would probably benefit from having another.
  • There are a lot of features that would be nice to have but are not available with our contract because they are an add-on part of the tool. For how much the tool costs per year, it is disappointing to not have these included in the plan.
  • The "help" section of the Sprinklr website is very lacking. When we do have a question or problem, we try to find the answer ourselves before sending an email to our rep, who as I mentioned as a positive is very responsive, but we don't want to bother each time a question comes up.
4 - All users of Sprinklr within my organization are Community Managers under the Social Media Department. They submit content pieces in the tool and get approval from the client. The clients are also users within the tool, as they are the approvers and must okay any message before it goes out.
As mentioned earlier, Sprinklr is good and probably the best content publisher of all the tools above. It is missing other key parts of a community manager's job, like ease for moderation/management and customer service tracking.
  • Sprinklr has made it easier and simpler for my team to submit content to our clients for approval, but the complications come in afterward because of the way the tool is set up in "streams" that only shows for certain users and navigating within the tool can be difficult.
  • We do not use Sprinklr's services for customer service or moderation but another tool so this is sort of a wasted expense in that realm.
Sprinklr is a tool to use if you have to publish multiple forms of content frequently across multiple platforms. I would define it as a social publishing tool versus a community management or moderation tool. For purposes of content analysis, it also has a great reporting section. If they would offer a connection with paid social (which is not available unless you pay for it to add it on) it would be a much more utilized tool for us.
