Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey

We used Surveymonkey to collect consumer data on one of our products. The questionnaire was filled out by affiliates and past consumers of our products. It was used across the whole organization and it was useful toward collecting customer interview data, analysis, and correlate answers to questions from large numbers of respondents.

None, I have only used SurveyMonkey for online surveys.
If you're circulating surveys around to large numbers of respondents and you want to aggregate large amounts of data, SurveyMonkey is great. If you need to dig deeper and ascertain the accuracy of the questions you're asking, a more personal method such as video chatting or in-person surveys may be able to give you more data.
