TeamViewer is used by the IT support organization of the business to perform asset management, and remote support.It replaces many of the tools previously deployed, and allows for file transfers, voice/text chat, and overall has a very competitive price for the features presented. Our very favorite aspect of the solution is it allows for "Host" only deployments which do not count towards the license purchased. Only full clients are licensed and it saves us thousands on a per-machine license schema.

- Voice chat is still pay-per-use, this should be integrated and free with a license
- Sometimes services fail to start after applying OS updates, should be better hardened/tamper proofed
