Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

The main problem we have is incorrect phone numbers. When we get back what Text-Em-All sent out it shows customers with bad phone numbers. This is an issue that Text-Em-All cannot control. One thing I have issues with is when we get the invoice. The quantity number does not make sense to me. I am guessing Text-Em-All are charging only for the accounts where a message went though.

I have never had to call for support. When we set up messages for our customers things seem to go well and no issues.
Text-Em-All allows the office staff to handle other issues. It saves time for us so we do not have to call customers. It also saves us a lot of customer complaints when a service issue goes out ahead of time.

We use Text-Em-All on holiday notices, and weather related issues. I do like the ease of setting up the call record for Text-Em-All to call customers.
