Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
The organization utilizes Text-Em-All to promote job openings for client orders with a quick fill rate requirement. Text-Em-All is also used to communicate about special recruiting events for potential new employees as well as communicating important date reminders etc for existing employees. Clients depend on us to provide qualified and experienced candidates to place on the job and to maintain high retention rates. Constant communication with candidates and new employees is critical for high customer service and client satisfaction.

- ROI is still lower than that of competitors as we were able to accomplish the same goal at a cheaper rate but required to switch bc other company didn't integrate with AVionte when we changed systems.
Text-Em-All as an extension of Avionte has been instrumental in mass texting to reach candidates quickly and fill jobs. This was particularly effective when trying to fill specific positions with specific criteria. Utilizing Text-Em-All afforded us the best response rate to date for one of our hiring events.
