Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
I use Text-Em-All to send notifications to customers when their orders are ready to be picked up at the store. I send texts or recorded voice messages, depending on the customer's communication preference.
- Easy to upload a list of contacts
- Easy to create ad hoc messages
- Tracks the completion rate of each communication
- Ability to integrate through API with my App platform
- Switching between different local number to call/text from. I have clients in different provinces and calls/texts from local numbers are more likely to be viewed/picked up.
- Ability to send text messages
- Ability to send recorded voice messages
- Ability to integrate with Glide via API
- Reduced labor costs for communicating with customers
- People generally don't want calls any more, so send text notifications is widely accepted now
We use Text-Em-All to communicate to customers for large seasonal programs, 3 times per year and also everyday for made to order engraving items. It lets staff notify customers their orders are ready in a much more efficient way that previously used. Saving time and money and improving customer satisifaction.
I've also used Text Magic. The differentiation for me with Text-Em-All was that I can text and send recorded voice messages. And the API was a game changer. For just basic texting, Text Magic was fine, but they didn't have these other services.
