I gave this rating because since having Text Em' all, I have been able to talk to my staff about emergency changes, for example the air quality risks, and weather storms. I can reach out to all my staff and patients to ensure safety, encourage protocol, and to deliver supplies if needed.
Utilizing Text' Em all has provided my office with the ability to effectively communicate with our field staff. We have a lot of staff, and sometimes calling to pass messages can take up a lot of time! This service is great because it is quick, convenient, and you are able to customize how many characters and contacts you need, to fit your organization.
My facility has not utilized another platform like this, and at this time we do not feel the need to even look elsewhere. We have been so pleased with our experience with Text Em' all. We do not think that we could find another product that is as easy to use, and is as financially affordable!

To communicate open shifts to patients, maybe to add encryption for safety
