I gave this rating because since having Text Em' all, I have been able to talk to my staff about emergency changes, for example the air quality risks, and weather storms. I can reach out to all my staff and patients to ensure safety, encourage protocol, and to deliver supplies if needed.
My facility has not utilized another platform like this, and at this time we do not feel the need to even look elsewhere. We have been so pleased with our experience with Text Em' all. We do not think that we could find another product that is as easy to use, and is as financially affordable!
