My team internally has used text-em-all for 2 years as a part of our CRM implementation. The text-em-all solution is an integrated tool within our CRM that allows our sales team to effortlessly reach out to the marketplace and maintain communication in an rapidly changing, virtual landscape. Especially working with clinicians and doctors who work various hours, texting is the future and text-em-all is on top of it.
In addition to a great product, their support team is top notch. I continuously have reached out to the text-em-all team for support with questions, issues or general support and they are quick to jump in and help wherever needed. Our sales rep, Lauren, has also always gone above and beyond for us as well.

Text-em-all was a recommendation from a mutual customer. The integration with CRM can be better (writeback capabilities) that automatically enter in notes within our CRM system. This is a glaring issue that will be a major win.
