Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We are able to communicate deadlines such as open enrollment meetings in a timely fashion with Text-Em-All. It keeps us motivated to engage employees

responsive and attentive. Any time I have needed help they were able to help me. They also have good FAQs and self service solutions so that I know what to do. Their customer service was responsive to my needs and helped me understand what to do. They were friendly as well which was nice.
it's terrific, very easy, and I know through reporting what our outcomes are. It's easy, I don't know how else to articulate that it was user friendly. I was not at all overwhelmed by it and training employees on text em all is easy. It's easy to get our whole organization engaged.
It's great. I did not like our old solution and thoroughly appreciate Text-Em-All. Text-Em-All is a solution that we can be proud of and the reporting is terrific so we can be sure that the dollars that we are spending are being allocated in a smart way. We also can know if and when employees have old phone numbers that need to be updated.

great for a mass phone call reminder initiative. We always want to ensure that people know to enroll at open enrollment, and Text-Em-All helps us meet employees where they are at. We can control messaging and make sure employees know what to do, when to do it, and how to do it.
