Tidal Automation has been in our environment for a while now, probably since 5.x.x version days. We have leveraged the integrations of Oracle and Lawson ERPs and have been of great help in running several jobs every day on time. It helps us to have the end users run their ERP jobs without any dependency on the core team, also ensuring the security/SOX compliances.

- Tidal Automation was robust enough to perform all the workloads smoothly on SAP Integrations.
- Tidal Automation has the robust HA and DR features
- Tidal Automation has the best and simple user interface.
- Tidal Automation documentation is the best compared to other Workload Automation solutions in the market.
- SaaS based offering already on the product road map, but should be fast paced.
- Reporting for FTP jobs with granularity of pulling details of files transferred.
- Simple integration with the ITSM tools allowing a self help to run the jobs on submission of tickets.
- It has saved a lot of manual efforts to run the workloads and saved a tons of hours.
Tidal Automation had the best and most transparent pricing. Tidal Automation has the best dedicated team investing in the development of the product. Tidal Automation was always ahead of its time in the Workload Automation industry. It has the best in industry documentation of the product.
