Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk

TOPdesk is the system where we put in service messages for other departments

  • The information is up to date, you see the status of your question
  • The messages from the whole department is visble
  • Increased efficiency because we put it in the system and question can be ask , without seeing or calling each other.
It’s a very good product, easy to use.
