Overall Satisfaction with Trello
We are using Trello as our main project management tool for all departments.
The marketing department uses it to follow up on marketing projects and add comments and discussions internally.
The art team uses it as an art request tool, using it's deadlines and watch references that are uploaded to it. When the job is done, they tag the relevant requester and upload the final art to there.
It's very easy use, very easy to adjust to and worth the price for extra addons!

- Easy to upload, control and adjust to each department project management tasks.
- Great to upload art and tag for different purposes. Highly adjustable
- Can be used for completely free! No actual work stoppers restrictions
- Trello has a limited number of tag colors which can be a bit confusing if you have a lot of things to tag
- Sometimes images are uploaded in lower quality for some reason, doesn't always happen
- Have limited view options, could be great to have more view options
- My team started collaborating together in an easy way. A fact that improved the overall company's productivity
- Free software compared to the same exact paid systems. Saved a lot of money
- Asana and JIRA Software
First of all, Trello is free for use compared to the others.
Easy onboarding process compared to these platforms which are way harder to learn.
Very user friendly and adjustable where the other platforms are less flexible for any changes.
