Best and simple project management tool for small size projects
Overall Satisfaction with Trello
Trello is a project management tool that many of us use. Our organization has been using Trello for the past 2 years, and we find it to be a useful tool because it is flexible and easy to use, and allows us to collaborate, keep track of to-do lists, and track the status of projects.
Pros
- Keep track of to-do lists.
- Share files with your team members.
- Ability to collaborate.
- Flexible.
- Simple UI.
- Less complex pricing structure.
- Understand instantly when a deadline nears.
- Mobile friendly.
- Trello follows the Kanban system.
Cons
- Difficult to handle big projects.
- Lower storage limit.
- You cannot review iterations.
- No Gantt.
- Only simple description can be given.
- You can invite outside members to a board within the organization.
- Limited email integration.
- A limited number of labels.
- Storage is limited.
- An ongoing issue with Trello that needs to be rectified is that you cannot edit a comment on the card.
- Managing projects on a larger scale is required, maybe Trello isn’t the best option.
