Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

Weber Shandwick uses Cision Communications Cloud (Trendkite)* across analytics, client experience, PR... we track earned media coverage for clients.

  • Trending earned media coverage over time
  • Geographic coverage
  • Not having to create so many searches
  • When exporting, it would be nice to be able to export individual widgets instead of the whole dashboard. Within the widget export, having all data exported (including the number of mentions, totals, percentages etc.) not just the data displayed in the widget
This is the first tool of its kind I have used.
Tracking earned media coverage. Social shares are tracked but I wouldn't use this tool for social listening.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

I love the chat feature within the Cision Communications Cloud interface. I use it frequently and get a response within a few minutes.
