Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We use it in the Strategic Communications Department to monitor our media mentions. It's easier than Google Alerts, though we supplement Trendkite with those.
  • Monitoring media coverage
  • Ease of use on the dashboard
  • Good range of options
  • The search function is absolutely bonkers.
  • Using general search tags is bizarre and confusing.
  • Changing searches could be a lot easier.
I don't really make the decisions so I don't really know what to say here.
Well suited to higher end corporations and orgs. It probably wouldn't be good to use it for smaller ones. Those who want the ease of use of a media monitoring software could do worse than Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)*. I've found it really helpful to find out how we're doing in both the paid and earned media space.

I don't use support that much but honestly, when I have used it it's pretty good.
