Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet provides an excellent business solution for our start-up company. It is a cost effective solution which provides our growing company with HR, payroll services, benefit administration and expense processing. In addition I use the Recruiting module to facilitate our staffing needs. It is truly a "one-stop" shop for all core people processes.
- The TriNet system implementation process steps were detailed and easy to follow. I received great customer service from the implementation team lead, who was knowledgeable and available when needed.
- Post implementation, I received several follow-up status checks to ensure all processes were a "go" as well as address any questions or issues I may have had.
- Ongoing technical and knowledge support is critical to user satisfaction with any system. I have been highly satisfied with the response time and assistance I've received from TriNet customer service.
- The look and feel of the system site is a bit dated, however a new "beta" version is currently being tested which should be quite an improvement.
- As admin using TriNet Expense, it would be great to have the ability to print aggregate company reports or export to Excel. Also, the ability to better manage the submitted reports once completed/submitted to payroll (ex. archive, save to folders, etc.)
- As a start-up, partnering with TriNet has reduced the time spent on administrative tasks.
- HR Compliance is critical and ever changing. TriNet takes the worry out of risk management.
TriNet's solution worked for less than 10 employees, where others would not.
