Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our customer service contact is friendly, professional and always available. She is responsive and incredibly helpful.
From my experience, it has been pretty easy to use. I am not our administrator and they may have additional insight.
We use it across the entire organization as our HRIS platform and team.
  • Payroll processing including bonus, commissions, HSA and 401k deductions
  • Benefits administration - plan offering, enrollment, eligibility
  • Customer service and support of any question and/or issue that could arise
  • The old website design was more intuitive to use.
  • TriNet provides us with all of the looks, feel and systems of a much bigger enterprise.
None that I am aware of, this is via our administrator.
I think TriNet is an excellent way for a small or midsize company to outsource HR and still maintain control over their employment practices as well as stay compliant with the ever-changing laws.
