Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I use TriNet for payroll processing/benefits for my employee.
  • Ease of use.
  • The website is easy to navigate.
  • Excellent customer support, including live communication with a customer service lead.
  • Sometimes finding the right report format on the website is a bit tricky.
Every step of the way, the in-person (on phone and through email) support has been tremendous. Whenever I have a particular question about benefits, website use, payroll, etc., they are just one email away.
The website is always easy to access. On occasion, there are some issues/confusion, but a customer support person can always help sort it out.
  • Put simply, as a sole proprietor, I wouldn't have been able to hire someone without partnering with TriNet.
This was the only one I used -- I found TriNet through a partnership with WeWork.
I can't imagine a place where it is less appropriate -- it's been perfect for my small business.
