Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We outsource all of our HR and Payroll needs to TriNet. We have a small internal finance team and TriNet gives us access to a depth and breadth of expertise that we wouldn't be able to access otherwise.
  • TriNet runs our bi-monthly payroll automatically with very little action needed on our part.
  • TriNet manages our annual benefits enrollment from start to finish. They actively communicate all the relevant details with our employees so people make informed decisions.
  • TriNet has a robust employee support system and their employees are knowledgeable and accessible. It saves me a lot of time when the employees can get their questions answered by TriNet.
  • Their client success partners are very busy so not all of my issues are addressed as quickly as I would like.
  • TriNet has departments for every HR issue. The departments aren't always client facing so I don't feel like they are always super helpful.
The account managers are very client focused, knowledgeable, and responsive. The employee and administrator portal is robust and easy to use. Almost all of my needs are easily met by accessing either of these tools. However when a request falls far outside the norm, it can be difficult to find the answer or solution you need.
The website is fairly intuitive and the account managers are accessible via phone or email.
  • We have used TriNet from the outset of our business. I have a hard time imagining what our organization would look like without it.
TriNet is well suited for professional organizations that want to or need to outsource their HR and Payroll. If you have a robust HR department it may not make as much sense. If you have an older or more accident prone workforce, you may not be able to join as your health insurance would not fit with TriNet's overall profile.
