TriNet Making HR & Benefits Easy
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet to manage the HR process for our group. As a small company, payroll and benefits can consume a lot of time and it is nice to allow TriNet to take care of all those questions.
Pros
- Easy payroll processing.
- Great insurance options.
- 401k management.
- Implementation support is incredible.
Cons
- More variety/scope in online training.
- Streamline payroll and benefits saving time.
- Self-service functions allow employees to find and update information on-demand.
- Very fast implementation and conversion.
TriNet has provided regular communication about COVID precautions and the restrictions placed in different municipalities. The majority of our employees were remote worker prior to COVID so we were about to maintain work through the pandemic.
Insperity (Administaff) - I've been with Insperity twice. I struggled with their reporting and the ability to subdivide expenses into categories for accounting.
Oasis - My largest challenge with Oasis was having payroll processed. With all salaried employees, payroll should run the background for me.

I would not. I was able to see costs and fees before making a decision. The web portal makes management of services easy.
