Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as our Payroll and Benefits provider.
  • Excellent Benefits Selection
  • Webinars are structured and stay within time allocated
  • Excellent Customer Support
  • Easier access of online training materials
  • More detailed training on mapping for G/L (those not currently using the online version of QB)
TriNet customer service is quick to resolve any issues. We needed to provide a covid and diversity policy for several clients. As we were a start-up company in 2021, their HR consultants were able to assist with the initial framework of these policies.
Very easy to use. The flow is self explanatory.
  • The ease of information that employees can access has reduced the number of employee inquiries
  • As we have expanded into more states, HR compliance with TriNet has assisted our company in staying on top of state-specific requirements.
TriNet HR support assisted, along with legal council, in a basic outline for our Covid Policy.

The only drawback is that TriNet does not cover Construction. If we expand into General Contracting, that business unit will be under a separate payroll system.
