Although that is not always quick or timely, I have the peace of mind that the solutions offered are the right ones. Their support has been invaluable, especially when it comes to immigration law.

TriNet's online portal has improved greatly over the last five years, as well as the updates to the app that is available for employees. For my organization's needs, there is way more reporting available than is necessary, so many of those features are unused by me. End of year is easy with TriNet. The most time consuming is going through the yearly benefits strategy and open enrollment period, but once that's complete it's a breeze.
