Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as our professional employer organization. We use this product for our HR Management. I can quickly and easily add new employee into the system, make changes and updates, research labor and employment laws and get training.
  • The TriNet representatives are very responsive to my HR questions.
  • I can always get quick answers regarding benefit questions.
  • I can quickly and easily access benefit information when an employee has a question.
  • Reduce the cost of compensation bench marking.
I am always able to get in touch with a TriNet representative who quickly answers my HR related questions.
I can quickly look up and find HR information, add employees or make changes.
  • I really appreciate being able to maintain HR compliance by the platform providing information about what is required in each state where we work.
  • I enjoy the prompt service provided by the TriNet representatives.
  • When I direct employees to the employee solutions line, this saves me a fair amount of time.
TriNet set up a section on the platform to specifically address COVID-19 issues.
