Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Trinet has the capability to manage large, diverse organizations and, as a result, is robust and comprehensive in its offerings. Having said that we use it as a small-sized company and use a relatively small amount of its offerings. Despite this, they have continued to be competitive with other brokers and programs and have always done what they needed to see that our needs are met.
- Quick processing.
- Simplicity of platform.
- Listening to needs of the user.
- Timeclock is not directly integrated...yet.
- Sometimes they stick to policy too rigidly.
- You have to maintain your awareness of increases in rates.
- Trinet worked with me to save me over $20,000 between benefits and service fees.
Trinet provided the necessary reports for PPP needs.
